Luke Targett.

For a college project I decided to photogrpah a local band and produce for them, a promotion pack. I managed to get in touch with House of Cain (with help from a friend) and they agreed to shoot. On the first arranged day we had no choice but to cancel due to weather. And on the second the band were forced to back out last minute. The third day for which we arranged only one band member showed up. I still did the shoot, however there isnt much i can do with the images for this project. A second idea will be required.
Firstly though, here is a few images, completely unedited from my shoot with Luke.

My favourite one is either the one in the reflection, although i have a better one which has been shot in film or the one sat on the pile of black rubble.
Hopefully these images will come in handy somewhere along the line.

Life on the trains..

In Berlin we spent alot of time using the trains/underground in order to travel around the area. I often got bored when waiting and ended up taking a few sneaky snaps.

Admittedly, that last one was taken in the Airport.

General shots in Berlin

Cant really be described in any other way to be perfectly honest..

German graffitti.. 'cuz its obviously different to English graffiti.

Over in Berlin, I dont think there is a wall anywhere with out some form of "art" or "graffiti" painted over it. Or if there is, I didnt see it.

Berlin architecture

So last week, I went to Berlin, Germany, with college and well what a week that turned out to be. Absolutely full of drama, with a couple of good photos on the side.

I like the bright blue sky on this image, and the reflections on the water in the background.
I like how the building is slightly hidden behind trees in this image. It is not the direct focal point.
This image i took purely because of the vast number of satellite dishes. It would be better if there wasnt such a harsh shadow across it.
I love this image because of how high the main building is compared to the others surrounding.
This image is one of my favourites because of the lines throughout and the different angles, or height of the building in the top left corner.
I like the perspective of this image, and the way it is nearly split in half by the small column.
This image needs to be brightened up slightly as it was taken in the evening as it was going dark.
I like this image although I find the sky a little dull so i might change the sky to a brighter one using Adobe Photoshop.
This image is very different to the others, the building is much older and although not a great photograph i do quite like this.
