These two portraits were only taken to test the lighting for the shoot I posted on here earlier. however I really like the images.

Beck..

Possibly the worst shoot I have ever done. not because of the outcomes, more the aftermath. Although due to the stress of the shoot, I'm not really liking my images.
Never ever again.
Haven't yet had chance to edit any of these yet though. So there here as shot.

I realise the lighting changes a few times in this series of images. I also changed a lot before i started shooting. Apparently I didnt chose an easy subject to photograph.

Waterfall

Family weekend away, and a visit to a waterfall. Photographed using relatively long exposures and a tripod.
Fell in to the water purely to stop my camera falling and got wet feet, the things i do for photography.

Three shades of blue.

Weekend task set by college to photograph three shades of blue. Possibly the most vague brief we've ever had.

Taken on a walk down the river, three different shades of blue in the sky, river and brige.

Only two shades of blue visable in this image, in the water and sky.

Third and final image, with the most shades of blue in. A row of lorries at a tractor rally.

Laptop.

I have just found out some brilliant news.

Yesterday, my laptop decided to commit suicide.
I was only kidding when i said brilliant. Im not particulary happy about this if i'm honest. It means I have to now rely on other people and their laptops. Plus with the ammount of work I have to do, its not gunna be good is it really?

If you know of anybody sellin a laptop, comment and let me know?

Bittersweet memories - Part One.

For a photoshop project I have decided to create 6 photomontages based on song lyrics. I have yesterday, shot the first part of one of my chosen songs (Bittersweet Memories by Bullet for my Valentine) and here is my first edited version. It is though still far from completion. Yes, the photos are with an ex-boyfriend and it was great fun tearing them down, I get to burn them next. Eeeeep.

Horse Saddle.

Today Iwas apparoached by a fashion student who informed me she had taken apart a saddle normally used when horse riding and wished for it be photographed before she used it to produce a garment. It wasnt a particulary easy item to photograph but we got some rather interesting outcomes from it.
